Alex Lupulyak, PE is the firm’s licensed Principle Civil Engineer who graduated from Saint Martin’s University and has over 5 years of experience in the industry. Alex is licensed both in Washington State and North Carolina.
When not at work, Alex likes to spend time with his wife and 3 children, attending church, and exploring new places.
